The Hustle of Christmas
All the presents are bought, wrapped and tagged for family and friends to rip open on Christmas Day! Somehow I was ready for Christmas before December even started this year. What will I possibly do on December 21st, 22nd, & 23rd if I am not at the stores pushing and shoving for the best deal known to man!?!?!? After much consideration it has occurred to me that the money saved the week before Christmas is not worth loosing some of my sanity over!
Decorating is another story. Two Christmas decorations top my mantle and the rest wait in the box to be taken out. I opened the box to decorate and closed it quickly after realizing that almost 90% of my decorations were either made by or given to me by my grandmother. Christmas is a very tough time of year when remembering a lost loved one.
December 23rd will mark one year since Michael lost his mother. In the past year we have lost two very important women in our lives. My mind tells me to forget Christmas this year but my heart tells me that life must go on..........
During the Hustle of Christmas, my mind seems to be the busiest of all!
Don't let the Hustle get you down!
