I've had the privilege of watching your family grow and overcome obstacles. You have remained strong and committed. That's what makes great parents. Carter is such a great little boy. No longer the fraile baby, but the strong boy with the glimmer of dependable man in his eyes. Congratulations on everything accomplishment.
